Saba Mazaji was born in Isfahan, Iran in 1989. She got interested in music as a child and started playing Guitar at age 10 and urged to become a professional musician in her future. After a year of studying small business management at the University of Tehran, she moved to Vienna to study classical guitar at the conservatory of music and dramatic arts in Vienna.She graduated with “excellent success” in 2015 and is currently writing her master thesis in musicology at the University of Vienna. She started working as a guitar teacher for kids and experienced players in 2008. In 2012 she continued her journey by studying music and instrumental pedagogy at the MDW – Universität für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Wien. Besides her work as a teacher she also played several solo and ensemble shows across Austria, Iran, France, and Italy. Other fields of her experiences include organizing different events such as the event acapella festival “Voice Mania” or the “Istanbul Guitar festival”.
